1. About these terms

Panda Labs is operated by Bull ^ Bush (PTY) LTD. Business contact address: Linbro Business Park, Sandton 2090.

These terms govern use of the Panda Labs website and purchases through it. Contact sales@pandalabs.co.za for account, order, privacy or terms enquiries. South African law applies, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.

These terms do not exclude or override rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, Electronic Communications and Transactions Act or other applicable law. Any invalid provision is limited only to the extent necessary; the remaining provisions continue to apply.

2. Registration and eligibility

You must register and sign in before checkout, provide accurate account and delivery details, and keep your password confidential. Never share another person's ID or passport number. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Browsing requires confirmation that you are 18 or older. Purchases are restricted to qualified researchers aged 21 or older, acting lawfully in their jurisdiction. By completing registration you make that declaration. Providing an ID or passport number does not mean we have independently verified your identity or research qualifications.

We may decline or suspend purchases where information is incomplete, inaccurate, unlawfully supplied, or inconsistent with these requirements. We will consider legitimate account queries and applicable consumer rights.

3. Research-use restriction and medical disclaimer

Products are sold for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA or any other health authority.

Peptides may carry significant risks and side effects. Always consult a qualified physician before using any peptide product. Keep out of reach of children. Information on this website is not medical advice or a recommendation for human or veterinary use.

By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher aged 21 or over and accept responsibility for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms authorises unlawful or unsafe use.

4. Orders, prices and PayFast payments

Prices are displayed in South African rand. The items, delivery charge and total shown at checkout apply to your order. Review them before paying. Delivery charges may change for future orders; the amount shown for your order is not changed retrospectively.

Payments are processed through PayFast. Panda Labs does not collect your card details on this website. An order-received email or a return to the website is not proof that payment has been verified. A pending order means the shop has not yet recorded confirmed payment; contact us before attempting another payment if your bank account has already been debited.

We may contact you about stock issues, apparent pricing errors or an order we cannot fulfil. Any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law. We do not make additional charges without your authorisation.

5. Delivery and order updates

Provide a complete, accurate South African delivery address and contact number. Applicable delivery costs are shown at checkout. We may use different courier services and share the delivery details they need to fulfil the order.

Dispatch and delivery updates appear in your account as our team updates them. These are not a promise of live courier tracking or a guaranteed delivery date. Contact us about missing, damaged, incorrect or delayed deliveries so we can investigate.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Contact sales@pandalabs.co.za with your order reference to request a cancellation, return or refund, or to report a defect or incorrect delivery. Please explain the issue and retain the packaging where reasonably possible.

Eligibility, time limits, costs and remedies depend on applicable law and the circumstances, including the nature and condition of the goods. No blanket 'no refunds' rule applies here, and these terms do not remove statutory cooling-off, defective-goods or other mandatory rights.

7. Privacy and POPIA

Our Privacy & POPIA Notice explains the personal information we collect, the purposes for processing, service providers, safeguards, retention and your rights under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). Read it before submitting personal information.

Accepting these terms is separate from acknowledging the privacy notice. Registration does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. You may raise privacy requests without giving up your statutory rights.

8. Website use and changes

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit another person's information without authority, or interfere with payment or security systems.

We may update these terms and publish the effective version on the website. Where renewed acceptance is required, you will be asked before purchasing. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to existing orders.

We take reasonable care with website information and security but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or absolute security. Any limitation of liability is subject to applicable law and does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
